FAQ
What does B Grade mean?
B-Grades are a little less than perfect but still look good. These products have minimal flaws that become more obvious if looked at closely. This does not effect the overall function of the product!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping worldwide except for Europe (please visit ouretsystore for EU shipping). Please reach out to me if you have any issues during checkout.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you (depending on stock)
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
